Birding 101 Walk & Talk
Get to know the wonderful birds appearing locally during the fall migration with this Birding 101 Walk! Participants will explore some easy ways to identify birds by sight and sound, as well as how to use birding field guides prior to talking a walk around the property to practice our identification skills. Participants will also get the chance to see a Kestrel nest Box (maybe the kestrels will be at home for us to watch!), and wonderful woodland/meadow bird habitat.
Admission is $15/pp. This program is great for scouts, homeschool students, birding enthusiasts and anyone willing to learn about birds (open to ages 10+). A portion of the proceeds is donated back to Pie Bird Farm. Register HERE to save your space (space is limited). Subscribe to my eblast HERE for event notifications.
