Kokedama Moss Ball Workshop
Combat the winter blues and discover the wonderful world of plants! We’ll discuss their care, unique substrates that they can grow in and on top of, and their amazing adaptations as we create these Floating Moss Ball (Kokedama translates to moss ball) plant hangers during this Kokedama Workshop! We will be working with a variety of epiphytic and climbing plants that don’t mind being exposed to a little extra air, as well as learning about the spongy properties of sphagnum moss. All plant and Kokedama materials provided, however gloves will not be provided. If you wish to wear gardening gloves, please bring your own. BYOB.
Workshop Dates to choose from:
- January 14th, 6:30pm @ Peace Valley Nature Center (Doylestown)
- January 20th, 6:30pm @ Art in the Barn (Furlong)
Admission is $35/pp. Space is limited, so be sure to register early!
