Marissa Jacobs (The Art of Ecology) is an Environmental & Conservation Educator. She blends the arts with science to bring glory to God’s Kingdom by educating others about the wonderful world that God created and how to be stewards of His creation. Marissa is an international speaker, professional development educator, award-winning nature photographer & eco-gardener, Certified Tree Tender, Certified National Geographic Educator and has spent the past two years as a Mentor for their Certificate Program. She holds a B.S. in Conservation & Wildlife Management with a focus in Media & Art. Marissa has almost 10 years of education experience for all ages, from Pre-School through retired adult education.
Perfect for Youth, Young Adult, or Women’s Groups: Workshops and Worship includes a 30 minute dive into His Word to learn more about the natural world (all based on the workshop theme) and an hour of DIY and Fellowship time. By combining a lesson about Christ and His amazing Creation with a hands-on, engaging project, we enhance and deepen our understanding and relationship with Christ.
