What is Trails-to-Tasting?
Trails-to-Tasting is a video program that I created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many people suddenly experienced food insecurity and looked to the natural world for resources. This program teaches about the natural bounty that can be found in our own backyards as well as how to sustainably harvest and maintain these plant communities. We keep it light as we create hand-crafted specialty drinks!
